5. Declutter your living space
It’s been proven that a cluttered space can make a cluttered mind, so summer is the perfect time to “marie kondo” your home! Do one space at a time and we recommend to start with the space you spend most of your time. Living room, bedroom, office... whichever room you like. Start by getting rid of the things that you don’t use. That old desktop computer that no one uses, clothes you haven't worn in 5 years, toys your kids never play with, the twenty wooden spoons in the kitchen drawer.. only keep things that bring you or your family joy or that is needed! You’ll be surprised at how much lighter and better you feel after you get rid of all the excess you don't need!
6. Savor fresh fruits and veggies
There are so many great fruits and vegetables in season during summertime so why not savor the deliciousness! If you have a local farmers market, that’s even better because they’ll be even fresher. Even challenge yourself to try new stuff just because. You might even find your new favorite food! Plus eating more fresh fruits and vegetables will make you feel wonderful and so much healthier.
