Return Policy

Mauricettes accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Contact us at contact@mauricettes.com before sending a return and include your order number. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us so we can make it right.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
