VITAMINS THAT SUPPORT YOUR BEST LIFE™
Don't you feel like there are SO many things that go into planning a wedding? Take the time, in the beginning, to really think about what aspect is most important to you on your special day.
The Dress, The Pictures, The Food, The Venue, The Flowers, The Cake. Phew!
If you can pinpoint these important things, it can really make decision making less stressful when you’re in the thick of wedding planning.
Be okay with spending a little extra time and money on your few priority aspects and penny pinch on other things. It can do wonders for time management and when you’re making your budget.
Get enough sleep. I know, duh. But sleep and mood are very closely connected. Plus it can really affect our outer appearance. We all want to look beautiful on our big day, right?
When busy schedules and the demands of life take over, plus all that goes into planning a wedding, a good night’s sleep is often the first thing to go. We think, “oh, I can make it through the day on four hours---I just need a little extra coffee.” We do the minimum for ourselves instead of listening to what OUR body really needs.
But your body, your skin, and your overall being need time to rest, dream, and recuperate. Getting the sleep your body needs is an act of self-nurturing. And when you nurture yourself, it shows on your face and in your mind. Sleep does miraculous things for your skin, your eyes and even your hair… no one wants dark under eyes, especially on their wedding day!
Lack of sleep or poor sleep can also cause irritability and stress. Planning a large event like a wedding can bring a lot of stress into a person’s life, so one of the easiest ways to prevent more stress or decrease stress is to make sure that you’re getting enough good sleep!

“Weddings and marriage are among the most transformative decisions of our lives.”Dr. Jocelyn Charnas, Ph.D.
Mauricettes owner Amanda Clark(pictured below on her wedding day) says “wedding planning doesn't need to be stressful, just remember to take a deep breath, step away for a minute, have a glass of wine and remember the reason behind the event”.
Amanda realized that during the planning of her own wedding, she wasn't putting her health first. During the year that she planned her wedding, it was a very busy time. She graduated college, moved 3 states away to a completely new place, found a new job, worked full time, all while planning an out-of-state wedding.
Then one day she crashed. She wasn't taking care of herself, wasn't getting any good sleep, stressed ALL the time, became very moody, and all this started to physically weight on her. It started to affect every aspect of her life. Her job performance, her physical appearance, her relationship not only with her fiance but her family and friends, and especially affected her wedding planning.
She knew she needed a change and quick! Then she realized she needed help and turned to supplements.
Sleep was what seemed to be the biggest issue. "Even if I was able to get to bed at a decent hour, I would just lay there all night long with all the things I 'needed to do' running through my head. It was miserable!" Amanda stated, "my mind wouldn't turn off and melatonin was the only thing that helped!" Amanda had suffered from skin issues since she was a teenager. She didn't have enough time or money to see a dermatologist or get regular facials to help the issue, so the cheapest and most time-efficient option was to start taking a Hair Skin & Nails vitamin. Mid-afternoon fatigue was also a big issue. She tried everything you could think of, even stimulants. "Stimulants just made me feel jittery and have terrible brain fog. I hated the way they made me feel. B-12 was the only thing that helped boost my energy, and lasted throughout the day and night." Amanda said.
Amanda truly felt these supplements helped get her through the incredibly stressful time of wedding planning. Not only did they help her stay healthier on the inside but helped her feel more beautiful on the outside.
